Draft minutes of a meeting held on 23 May at the village hall, Parracombe. The meeting opened at 7:30pm.
Councillors present: Mr J Holtom (Chair), Mr I Tansley, Mr D Austin, Mr S Cheetham, Mr K Green
Clerk: Mrs J Walters.
- APOLOGIES Mr D Austin
- VILLAGE HALL to formally adopt a resolution to make an increased offer for the purchase of the village hall.
A resolution was taken to proceed with the purchase of the Village Hall in accordance with the agreed terms. Proposed Cllr Green, seconded Cllr Bastock. All agreed. Cllr Austin had also given his support to the resolution.
There being no other business the meeting closed at 7.45pm
