01/2/23 Welcome by the Chairman and Introduction

02/2/23 Open Public Participation Session
In accordance with our Standing Orders the public are reminded that each member of the public is entitled to speak once only on a subject and shall not speak for more than 5 minutes, a question asked by a member of the public during a public participation session at a meeting shall not require a response or debate. This provides an opportunity for members of the public to raise questions about and comment on items on the agenda. Time for this session is limited to TEN minutes or at the discretion of the Chairman.
